Montreal to DC is around 950km, which is 8 hours by car of 9 with a floored U-Haul truck. Driving to DC was uneventful, fortunately. On my first trip to DC, I was pulled over and given a court date in New York State. Who knows if I will ever have to pay anything?
After unloading the truck (thanks mom and dad), I proudly realized that my load was not damaged. After obtaining my Tanzanian visa, I was all set to leave America.
