Leaving Montreal

Montreal is where my heart is, and always will be. Moving away was a difficult but exciting decision. I had so many things to take care of since I am a) moving away b) going to a developing country c) traveling in many different climates d) starting school in Singapore this fall. I sold my car, which I liked very much... After sorting out travel insurance, change of addresses, passport and visa stuff, I was all set to leave Canada. I rented a U-Haul truck and with the invaluable help of Philippe, Vincent and Olivier, managed to get everything to fit. I finished loading the truck at 2am. The next morning, I set off for DC to store the content at my parent's.
