I got up around noon on Wednesday morning, grabbed lunch on the go and skated to and into the Temple of Heaven. Marble is a great surface to skate on! In the evening, I had dinner with my Belgian buds at Hatsune, THE Japanese restaurant in Beijing. I believe it served the best sushi I’ve ever had.

It was quite pricey, however, at close to CAN$30 for tons of sushi and a couple of cold ones. We then headed to Souk by Chaoyang North Gate for shisha, beer and beautifully presented beef skewers. We finished the night around 2am playing foosball at Black Sun Bar drinking Cooper’s Family Australian beer
